Okay, this is Lizababy here. I read the Times frequently
and in all my times reading it, I never saw one specific thing that probably
should be in here. (It's probably been in there, but I missed it =D) I've
never seen any talk about the coming war with Iraq! I think it is a big issue. Personally,
I really don't want to go to war. But, then again, I thought about it.
Maybe the best thing would be to go to war. I know we (that is, the U.S.) really don't have a lot of
countries backing us up, and they tell us to wait a few more months. But you
know what, we don't know we have that long. Saddam Hussein
is an evil, evil man that could attack us any minute. We really don't want to
have this turn into a WWIII here.
In my opinion, I think President Bush should take action immediately before we
have a bomb dropped on us! If we can kill Saddam Hussein, and possibly find
Osama bin Laden then maybe the USA will be safe for a bit (sorry to the
Canadians about the USA-specific article). We DEFINITELY won't be completely safe, but it decreases
our chances of having a bomb dropped on us, or millions of people dying from a new disease. Please, if this does get published, respond to it and give me your opinion.
