Hello everyone! I'm Sp3c1al, here to talk about quite an emotional topic... war. Specifically, the war on Iraq. The war started as the American troops moved across the border into Iraq. They first bombed a building in the capital city, Baghdad, which was believed to be the location of where Saddam was at the time.

Saddam is believed by some to be injured after the bombing and hiding in an underground bunker in Iraq. According to my sources, over 8,000 of Saddam's troops have surrendered to American troops.

The U.s has bombed many buildings in downtown Baghdad as I write this, including power plants, and also one of Saddam Hussein's residences.

As the U.S looks to fellow countries for help, most have accepted and some have chosen to stay out of it. President Bush announced that the U.S has approximately 36 countries that have signed for support. Australia, England, and Spain have sent in troops to help the U.S.

I am a true Canadian and have lived there my whole life. As the U.S. looks to Canada, we turn them down. I support America in every way. In my opinion, Canada should go to war.

Not to alarm anyone, but do we really want another September 11th? I know I never want anything like that to happen, ever. Troops have just moved in to destroy weapons of mass destruction and Saddam Hussein. They are sending medicine and food in to Iraq for all the innocent people there.

Iraq has weapons of mass destruction -- don't we all know it? That's what many people keep telling us. People can die in war, and they will. No one can guarantee they won't. But if we sit and wait... for 10 more years... there could be another September 11th. Or worse. Bombs, diseases, anything could happen. I know many people believe we should not go to war, but I hope I helped you to look at this from a different point of view.

Until next time,
Sp3c1al.

Editor's Note: Folks, there's a lot of news out there regarding the war, so keep in mind, when you write in with concrete details (which we greatly appreciate!), please include website links or the names of the magazines or newspapers where you got your information. That helps us figure out when these things happened *and* just how reliable your sources might be! Thank you.
