Hi, it's me, lafayette again with another topic to discuss: school uniforms.
I was just reading the two articles on this issue by sugapuff7 and Aberdeen0 in
the last issue of the Times.
Now, my opinion may be rather mottled, because I am a home-schooler and never
attended real school in my life.
I do agree with uniforms because they stop girls (and boys) from wearing
inappropriate clothing such as short skirts (past your fingertips) and revealing
shirts.
Another possible reason for uniforms is, as Aberdeen0 commented, is that it
could and probably does "help to diminish manipulative people who judge you by
what you look like or what you own, rather than what is in your heart".
Hopefully there are not too many selfish people like that in the real world or
in Whyville.
Thanks for reading my article and feel free to Y-mail me with your opinion or
any ideas for articles!
