Is there a Whyville issue that's got you all fired up? Have you written
to City Hall about it but not heard back? Did you post on the BBS about it
but only a handful of people responded?
Now you can make your voice heard by writing up a petition in the Whyville
Poll Booth! If at least 50 Whyvillians sign your petition within 2 weeks,
your petition becomes a poll, and the whole town can vote on your issue.
More power to the people! The Polling Booth is accessible from the
brand new lobby at City Hall.
Also new to City Hall this week is the City Records department.
It's a brand new way for looking up your friends and promises to be much
quicker than the Whyville Face Gallery. Until the elevator at City Hall is
ready, you'll have to get to it from its outside entrance. Check it out and
see how it suits you!
And by the way, the new receptionist at City Hall is called Geoffrey. You
may want to drop by and give him a warm Whyville welcome, but don't expect
any hugs...
