A long time ago, back when Whyville was new, there was a Times Building stationed in the middle of Whyville Square. It has since been replaced by the City Hall Building and Tiki Hut.

But some young visionaries say that the Times Building still exists. "Oh yeah!" says PLAYME. "I've heard of it. One of my friends was having a wedding there."

But how can one reach this building? Or is this building just a dream for those whom desire solitude? I went around the town asking.

"Haha, apparently you didn't read the instructions for the games!" QUISP told me bluntly when I asked him where it was. QUISP refused to give me any more information.

The Times Building is clearly a haven for those that have already discovered it. The visitors/believers want to keep it to themselves.

"If the Times Building became like the Playground, it would lose its touch," commented Flirt11. "The Times Building remains a place where I can just go and be with my friends."

The few visionaries that I was able to talk to were far outnumbered by the "realistic" Whyvillians. Copyright, a well known Whyvillian, explained to me that it didn't exist anymore, and that anyone who said it did was just supporting a lie. He calmly told me that you once could reach the building by going to the Sun Spot and clicking on a link, but now it had changed. The Sun Spot no longer has a link to the infamous building. I went to check for myself, and found that it was true.

When I saw this, I lost all hope in the legend. But something made me think twice. Those that choose to believe are so genuinely telling their tales that I don't know for certain what is real, even though I have investigated it to the fullest extent and have seen no hint of a Times Building with my own eyes.

Whatever may be the truth, the rest of us can only envision the calm and relaxing days that one might spend if there was a Times Building. I'll leave you here with a quote from a believer, and you can make up your mind:

"When you visit the Times Building, you don't forget it. The people you meet there... the experiences you have there... you don't forget. Something as beautiful as this can not be released to all civilians, and the few of us that know of this spot visit every day to experience a kind of peace that doesn't exist anywhere else." -Flirt11
