Hello my name is Stellar03. I just wanna tell you something about hacking.

When I was new on Whyville, I didn't know what to do. So first I went to a place, like the beach. I saw tons of people saying they will do free makeovers and that they would pay for the items I wanted. So I went to go email them, since I couldn't chat yet. I asked if they could give me a makeover since I didn't even have a face. The person said, "Sure, just give me your password." I didn't know better, so I said sure.

The next day I was so excited for my new look. When I got on the computer I went straight to Whyville and went to sign on. When I entered my screenname and password it said, "Wrong screenname or password." I tried over and over... and then figured out that I was hacked. I started cry and get mad and swore I'd never do that again.

So did you learn a lesson today? Learn never to give out your password for makeovers, share your account, raise your salary, or anything, because you would be losing your password! The person who did this can also try to get personal information about where you live from your friends, too.

Also, the people who tried to hack into people's accounts by asking for makeovers or raising salaries will get muted (taped) or maybe get banished (where they delete your account and all your stuff). I don't think you would want that, would you?

So one last time NEVER give out your password and DON'T be a "hacker". Thank you for your time and I hoped you learned a lesson.

Always,
Stellar03
