Acne. A very simple thing that can happen to you. It's just caused by oily skin. Or anything that clogs your pores. Acne otherwise can be known as a pimple. To prevent yourself from getting pimples, simply wash your face with soap every day.

If you already have acne, another thing you can do if go to a store and buy a cleanser. Probably the most recomended are the pads from Oxy Pads and Clearasil. Pads are easier because they can be carried around and they arn't messy. Stuff like creams can be very messy.

Or else, some doctors will recommend a medical soap so you can wash your face every day with it.

So, this your main schedule for the day if you don't have acne:

1. Get a hand towel
2. Wash your face with soap and be sure to scrub.
3. Hey, the rest of the day is yours!
4. At night, wash your face again! It's that simple.

This is if you do have acne:

1. Well? Go buy some cleanser!!
2. Wash your face with water by itself first
3. Use the pads on your face and neck. Be sure to use both sides. Do this until the pad is all dry.
4. Your free for the day!
5. At night, repeat the steps above.

So, which one seems easier? That's right. If you don't have acne, just follow this advice and you won't get acne.

Editor's Note:  Not all dermatologists would agree with you, 22kool4u. I've been told that washing your face with soap will likely cause much more acne than it will stop! Who will research this and get more facts for us, from both sides -- doctors, acne cleansing companies, parents, and, most importantly, teens themselves?
