Like the Twister Fish contest, there is going to be a Whyville flag contest! It should be related to Whyville.

I have two BBS postings in Parties, Meetings, and Clubs called Vote! here and here. They have what people put for what they think the Whyville colors should be and some people put reasons why or more than two colors. Remember that when people start voting, they will vote for the one that represents Whyville the most and is the most creative.
