Fall Fashion

I know it's still hot outside. I know school seems like it won't start for a looonggg time. But fall is quickly approaching, and as we begin to back-to-school shop in real life, it's time to get some fall goods right here on Whyville. So what's trendy this season?
 
Striped sweaters, as always, are a fall staple. "Striped sweaters are really hot in the fall, " said PLAYME recently. "Buy a matching striped hat to go with it." You can find great matching sets such as these at Prepster Store and Chump Change. New styles should be arriving soon.
 
A light coat always looks good here on Whyville. Try one with some faux fur around the collar. "One thing I know is that I LOVE my furs," Storm300 commented. "I can't live without a nice fur scarf or neckline in the fall." An old excellent buy was the Winter Jacket by Raven, but today there's some other cute ones such as "~*~sno's jean jacket~*~" and "blue juicy c. jacket *shmee*. Both are really cheap at 15 clams a pop. For the guys, faux fur is out, and leather is in. Check out the "Dirty co. atlanta jacket". This jacket is stylish and totally urban. The "guys red jacket" is a very athletic pick, with stripes on each sleeve. It's definitely cool in it's fire engine red color. And the already very popular "NSYNC jacket" is going to be very big. Worth the 20 clams!
 
Dressing up is also going to be really big this fall. "I don't like dressing like a bum ANYWHERE, let alone Whyville where all my friends hang. I need to look good, 24/7." QUISP announced recently in the Playground. If you're a girl, buy a glittery shirt like the new ones at Chump Change, or a cute sundress. For the guys, try a white crisp shirt with a collar, maybe even a tie. You can find many selections of this shirt at Chump Change! You can tell what my favorite store is, right? The Park Avenue stuff is really hot right now as well. Unfortunately, these items have been sold out at Akbar's for some time now. Getting your hands on the preppy Park Avenue gear may require a trip to the Trading Post. It's worth the trip! These preppy staples will keep you going all fall/winter.
 
What's in for hair this fall? It's back to bangs, for both the guys and the girls. Bangs are not only preppy, but very classic and cool. PLAYME wears bangs with any hair and pulls it off like nobody's business. If you can't bear to part with your current hair, get a bang attachment made by your fave designer of find an extension.
