Ahhhh, it's happening again... the back to school rush. Whether it's running around
to get your school supplies or catching up on the latest fashions at your local
clothing store, the stress can be killer! Which is why I am here
to tell you some ways to relax through these rough times. If you are one of the
millions of people that suffer from stress the main thing that I have found to
really work is to take deep breathes and think about what you are doing. Most
people get so tied up with there worries that they make something as simple as
what you are going to wear into a ton of stress. If this happens to you, then
STOP and relax! You are going to be just fine, believe me.
Another thing that I found to be devastating is the feeling you get on Sunday
nights. I call it "Sunday Night Depression", or SND. It's when you feel like the
weekend went by too fast and you just want the next 5 or so days
to go by as fast as they can. Again, this is a product of stress. People, you are
not alone! There are many, many people who feel the same as you, so just
remember that YOU CAN DO IT! You can go back to school for those five days. Not
to mention that its not the end of the world and it's not like the weekend will
never come again.
Please if you take these words into your mind then maybe you can have a more
enjoyable time living and loving your life.
