Whyville. My former home. Here I am, after many months of not visiting.

The population has doubled since I was last here. This town has boomed! I was here since there was 100,000 people and now there's over 500,000! Wow!

I wrote for the Whyville Times several times; I have written poems, stories and songs. Whyville, thank you! You're helping kids from all over the world grow. We're the next generation and with more sites like this, the next generation will be FANTASTIC!

I'm sad I only got one year on Whyville before going into high school and growing up interfered with it. To all of you out there: NEVER GROW UP! Oh yes, it's good to grow up, but always keep part of you a child. You'll lose your innocence and things will happen to you that aren't fair, but never lose faith that better things will come.

Dealing with depression and darker issues like that are hard, but don't worry. Call up a good friend, go for coffee, talk!! If you feel alone and think you have no friends, think again! Friends are always hiding where you least expect them to be.

I hope to check in here again before the year's over. Thank you, Whyville.

Keep cool and stay kids!

Shalee
