Hello!
I am writing this article to voice my opinion on how newbies should be treated.
And trust me, I'm not going to say that we should give all our clams away and
find them ourselves to help them.
Okay, I think that people on Whyville that torture newbies are just immature.
First of all, newbies shouldn't be called newbies, because it shouldn't matter.
Why not be friends with someone who's nice, just because they're new? Second,
those mean people are defeating one of the purposes of Whyville, which is to
make friends while learning about math and science.
Also, people should treat newbies just as they would treat anyone else on
Whyville. If a newbie asks you a question, answer it, but don't give them
a hundred clams unless you really want to.
Basically what I mean is, you should treat newbies like you would treat
anyone else, because they are people, too!
