I lay
In the bed
People sat
Around me
They talked
They smiled
They told me
I didn't like it
They told me
I had agreed
I couldn't
Remember when
They were lying
I could do
Nothing
I was old,
Weak
I want
My home
They say
I can't look after myself
But years ago
I looked after them
I cared for them
Now they
Care for me
I am weak
I am frail
I can do
Nothing
