Parting is such sweet sorrow....

Especially when the dear friends you're leaving behind are your TV and computer. =) I, kirbie393, am taking a break from the electronics for a week or two. **gasp** I'll be kissing my friends goodbye tonight, taking a bubble bath, putting on my jammies, bathrobe, and slippers, and taking some time to catch up in some other things.

Like reading, or example. =) It seems that, between school, Whyville, and chasing my dog as he zig-zags twice around the park in hot pursuit of a snowshoe hare, I haven't had much time to read. Let's see what books I could read during my vacation from TV and the 'net.

On a chilly night, how about curling up with a teen romance? Like Sweet Valley High, Elizabeth, or even The Princess Diaries, for example. Or do I feel like a more historical book, maybe Our Only May Amelia or Summer of my German Soldier?

Actually, right now I feel like reading a classic. Hmm....let's see....oh, here's a few! Little Women, Black Beauty, Oliver Twist, and Alice in Wonderland.

Meh. I changed my mind (I seem to do that often). I think I need a few laughs. There are comic books (I like Archie comics), The Simpsons "guides," The Twits (or any book by Roald Dahl, for that matter, they're great for all ages), and a lot of books by Judy Blume (Just as Long as We're Together, Here's to You, Rachel Robinsion, Are you there God? It's me, Margaret., Fudgemania).

Well, see ya later Whyville! I won't be seeing you much for a couple weeks!

Kirbie393, over and out. =)
