Ebola is a deadly infectious
disease. As far as we know, the virus first started spreading in Africa.
There are four different types of Ebola:
Ebola-Zaire, Ebola-Sudan, Ebola-Ivory Coast and Ebola-Reston. All four of the
viruses are named after places in Africa. There is no real evidence how Ebola
infects you, but we think that the first victim of Ebola became infected by
coming in contact with an infected animal. Ebola basically turns your organs
into "some kind of blood pudding." Although there have been no cases of Ebola in
humans in the United States, the disease is still a mystery that needs to be solved before
it becomes a pandemic disease.
