Hey, I'm B0bo and I'm hear to write about what I saw in the Beach today. It was not very good.I was just
chatting with a couple of my friends when
I saw this guy get pies thrown at him for being a newbie. That's not fair! Noobs are just people who have no clue what Whyville is and they are trying to
figure it out! Come on, we were all noobs at one point.
Anyway, these guys
were throwing pies and telling him how ugly and stupid he was. The "noob" tried
to get away from them, but everywhere he went, the two bullies would follow him. I
thought that was mean, so I told them to quit... but well... that wasn't very good
for me.
They started following me and throwing pies at me! But afterward, when I was
checking my why-mail, I found the new guy had mailed me and told me that I was kind to look out
for him. He sent me 5 clams, too -- that's a lot for a new citizen! Then it was all good.
Later on that night, I went into Spin Speak and saw something else that was
stupid. I was chatting with some of my friends again and I couldn't help but
look at someone's conversation. This one girl was willing to pay 250 clams for
a doll that the other guy said he would gladly sell. I was reading the
whole thing... and then she went and paid him 250 clams. The guy left. When
the girl came back from sending her clams, he was nowhere to be found and he never did give her his
doll (I why-mailed her to see if he did and she kept saying no). That is not very
nice either!
Why do you want to scam, anyway!? It's not nice....
Can't things be like they used to be? Everyone was friends with everyone, and
even the newbies were popular. Everyone had trillions of friends! But now there
are so many crimes going around Whyville each day that no one can
even count them all!
I think it is such a shame. The old Whyville was peaceful and a great place for people to chat with their friends, or make
friends and just have a good old time! Now, it's not so true -- and it's up to
us to change it.
Please carry out what I have written here. It is so stupid to hack or pick on
newbies. Newbies are very wonderful and no one has a right to pick on
them. Who cares what their face on Whyville looks like!? Maybe if we get to know them and see what they are really like, THEN
we can decide for ourselves if we want
to be their friends or not. Just give them a chance... please.
