There's a rumor around town that there's going to be a Halloween Party.
Well, I'm not able to confirm or deny it yet, but I do know that something is
afoot at City Hall -- my sources say that city workers have been acting
particularly mysterious these days, skulking around with their notebooks
clutched with both hands. So something is definitely up...
Akbar, catching wind of these rumors, has added a Halloween section to his
store this week. He wouldn't want you to be caught without a costume if
indeed this Halloween Party comes to be!
The section is already stocked with designs that farsighted fashionable
Whyvillians have started creating as much as a month ago. It's not too
late to get in on the action yourself, though, so get those creative juices
flowing. Because, if there's going to be a Halloween Party, I'd be
surprised it there isn't also a costume contest...
City Hall's promised our paper an exclusive next week on Halloween plans,
