Hey Whyvillians!! It's Brian98, with a new article to catch your attention.
Everyone *hopefully* knows about the awesome senate race and the new Whyville senator, OreoBaby. (Go
buddy old pal Oreo!) Well, I'm here to give you an all-access
interview with the NEW Senator OrEoBaBy!!!
Enjoy these topics that have been stuck
on citizens' minds!
Question: What are some of your goals you want to complete on Whyville?
Answer: A partnering club that would allow experienced Whyvillians to help
newcomers. (Like the program Big Brothers/Big Sisters!!) And also perhaps a
competition of sorts that would give Whyvillians an incentive to look for monies
to help fund Whyville. Every Whyvillian must know some business owners that
would be proud to have their name located somewhere in Whyville.
Question: Were you surprised to win?
Answer: Yes!! I was very surprised! I did my best to get to know my competitors,
they were very nice as well. I was very glad I have this chance to help give
ideas for new things on Whyville!
Question: Do you attend any activities on Whyville (i.e. Trivia Hour, Media Hour,
Meetings...?)
Answer: Yes, I do my best to try and make all those things, but I can't make
anything on Wednesday nights. But I try to go to everything else.
Question: When is your Duty up as Whyville Senator?
Answer: I will be in for a couple months then we will have another election for
another senator!
(Editor's Note: There's been some concern that the upcoming Senate
Race might replace OrEoBaBy -- that's not the case. She'll hopefully be a
Whyville Senator for the next six months. Just like the American Senate,
Whyville will have a group of citizens be elected to the Whyville Senate!)
Question: What is your comment about the lack of plots on Whyville?
Answer: I think that we should have a poll or some kind of vote on who wants
plots or not, again having others' opinions. That way we can see what everyone else's thoughts are on this, as well!
Question: Where do you "hang out," so people can come to ask you questions and give you
comments?
Answer: I am mostly at Greek Theatre! It is like my Whyville home! Hehe... I do go
other places eventually, but you can normally find me at the Greek Theatre.
Question: Do you have any advice for any citizens who might be interested in running for
senator next?
Answer: I encourage anyone and everyone to run senator, as long as as you are
dedicated and have the ability to try to listen to everyone! Run a fair race and
DO NOT bribe (you will feel that you won for the wrong reason if you do). And if
you do bribe, you are probably not very responsible. You should also make signs, if you are able to, and send out a lot of mails and
advertise! All this will show that you are very competitive. You may also want
to try your best to be nice to everyone and help out, make new friends!
Well, that's all, folks! From the words of your very own senator's mouth....
B-E-Autiful,
Brian98
