For the past few week or so, people who have read Sari's article about the
Sun Ball have been wondering about it. I was wondering too, because I didn't
want to miss it! So, I interviewed Sari to get the scoop on what the dance
would be like.
Q: So, Sari, how did you get the idea for the Sun Ball?
A: Well, after Karra initiated the prom, I thought that
Whyville needed another big party. And it would be fun to have one like the
native aborigines in Africa do.
Q: Will there be decorations?
A: Oh yeah, there will be a big banner that says "Sun
Ball 2000" and there will be streamers everywhere.
Q: So, will there be a lot of dancing?
A: There will be lots of dancing, and dance lessons.
Q: It's couples only?
A: Yeah, and no going as "just friends" you have to be
boyfriend and girlfriend.
Q: What date will it be on?
A: I don't know yet, I hope it will come to me in a dream
like the idea for the Sun Ball came.
Q: Do you know how long the dance will be? I mean, with
dance lessons and all, I'm guessing pretty long.
A: Probably 3-4 days. Maybe not even... NOT!
So I highly recommened going to the Sun Ball when it comes. It sounds like
a lot of fun, but I think you should start looking for a boyfriend or a
girlfriend now, you don't want to miss out on the fun!
