I was on the hunt... it was pretty hard....
Oh! Excuse me! I'm stephie01 and I'm describing my time trying to someone from a
different country other than Canada or the U.S.
I myself am from Canada and it's great! I've met a lot of people on Whyville
from America, but I haven't really met many from anywhere else. And that's why I
went on this hunt!
I started off at the Bazaar -- no luck there. Then I moved on to the Illusions
Talk -- no luck there, either.
I was getting kind of frustrated, so I moved on to the beach, where there's a
lot of people. Finally! One girl said she was from Mexico. I thought, great!
So I asked her to come to the Bazaar, where I interviewed her. I started off
with some basic questions.
Her Whyville username is lashia, so I asked her what her real name was. She
replied, "Las Enica." That's a really cool name, I thought!
Next I asked her what she does for fun. She replied, "It's always so hot out
that I just hang out with my friends and help people."
Then I asked her, "What's your favorite food?"
She said, "Tamales, yummy!!!"
Finally, I asked her, "Is Mexico nice?"
She said, "Yes, very," but sometimes there are big crowds of sellers.
As a follow-up question to that I asked what are these sellers and what do they
do? She replied that they sell things on the streets like fruit, pottery,
jewelry and household stuff.
I always thought that Mexico was a neat place and I love learning new things
about new places! Thanks again, lashia!
