(Sk8rboi92) As I signed into Whyville, I saw that the CWs were going to be meeting in Club Why's chat room at 6:30 WhyTime. So, I got my sister, PinkieHil, to come into the room with me.

(PinkieHil) Sk8rboi92 and I went into Club Why under his screenname. We realized that we were about 20 minutes early, so we went into the projectile store and bought 100 clams worth of snowballs. After all, there's something just so satisfying about seeing a pie or a mudball splat on someone's virtual face. When we got into Club Why, I was going to sign on as well, but by that time, it was starting to get really packed, so I figured that I would take a backseat and just watch [so more people could fit into the place].

(Sk8rboi92) There were more than 40 people were in Club Why, and we were still about 15 minutes early. People were still pouring in, so myself and another guy started a projectile fight to pass the time. Then somebody said for everybody to float over to the edge of the room to make space for the CWs that were coming.

(PinkieHil) Like we said, the chat room was PACKED! I guess that there were too many people in there, because after a while, people started coming into the room. Then someone shouted, "THE CWS ARE 2 MINUTES LATE!" But, as soon as their speech bubble disappeared, in floated Gumbytam and ScyllaCat. Immediately they were bombarded with questions from the crowd. A couple minutes later, City Hall herelf came in, and was treated pretty much the same.

(Sk8rboi92) I waited until City Hall came into the room to ask any questions, and I got to ask her the first one! =) I asked City Hall why they weren't accepting any more Whymail helpers at this time, because I am qualified to become one. She said that they are just too busy, but there should be some openings soon, and if you pass the test, then you should be allowed to become a helper.

(PinkieHil) Then I noticed that Mark had come into the room, too. People sure had a lot of questions for the City Workers! Then we waited a while and listened to a couple of questions that the Whyvillians were asking the CWs. One important one that I bet a lot of people are wondering about was this one: Why is the face factory always too busy? Do you have to have a Why-Pass to get in? Gumbytam said that everyone, even without a Why-Pass, should be able to get in at least once a month, but you have to check daily. People with a Why-Pass, however, do get to get in more often, because they paid for that privilege.

(Sk8rboi92) Also, someone asked why you couldn't pay for a Why-Pass with clams, like you do with the fees to get into Club Why. City Hall told them that they use the fees from Why-Passes to pay the bills, and to help with the upkeep of Whyville, and they can't pay utility bills with clams. (Haha!)

(PinkieHil) Then I got to ask ScyllaCat what was in store for Whyville's future. He said that they are adding a drum machine that will allow citizens to make their own beats and send them to their friends. He also said that they are adding a Getty Center eventually (based on the Getty Museum in California), and are making improvements to the Newbie Center. (Hey, just like in my last article, "What's Wrong There"!) Alas, Sk8r and I were called to our chores, and did not get a chance to see CW Jen enter, or to ask any more questions. We had to log out. =(

Thanks, CWs, for the great chat! We were glad that we could come!
