In the time I have been on Whyville, I, like many others, have
discovered the Whyville Trading Post. The Trading Post is a great way
to see what is fashionable in Whyville! People display their items
openly for you to see, and I often go just to browse and see what
strikes my liking.
In Whyville, I have noticed that a few of the most popular hair
selections are:
Work It - (Not sold in shops)
Meow Mix - (Not sold in shops)
BeAuTiFuL - (Cost of 40 clams in shops)
Golden Girl - (Not sold in shops)
Round Here - (Cost of 45 clams in shops)
WiDoWs PeAk - (Cost of 50 in shops)
Scriver - (Not in shops)
Latia - (Not sold in shops)
Aelita - (Not sold in shops)
Now, all of the listings above that are not sold in shops are harder
to come by, but if you can find them anywhere (which you should be
able to), they will be at the Trading Post.
For all of the choices that are not sold in shops, they will cost
quite a bit more at the Post. Don't let people take advantage
of you if you are trading! If you have a very rare item, you should
probably ask for clams instead of items, because they may try to rip
you off with an item of much lesser value.
Some tops that are QUITE fashionable are:

also purchase contacts for those to change the eye color.

And maybe even an adorable Elmo!!!
