I'm BigGuyOnY, I've been on Whyville for a few years and I even ran
(unsuccessfully) for Senator a long while back. I'm sure we all know
now that it was DevilDol behind the bribery accusations in previous
Times articles. As he is my friend both on and off of Whyville, I
interviewed him recently about the accusations.
BigGuyOnY: Hello DevilDol.
DevilDol: Hello BigGuyOnY.
BigGuyOnY: DevilDol, there have been many accusations of
you bribing
people for votes. Are they true?
DevilDol: Well, it all depends of what you mean by
"you".
BigGuyOnY: What does that mean?
DevilDol: DevilDol didn't bribe anyone.
BigGuyOnY: Who then did the bribing?
DevilDol: Mostly velon1, velon3, and velon7.
BigGuyOnY: Three people bribing for you with nearly
identical names. It
almost seems like they are your accounts as well.
DevilDol: YES, OK, YES!!! I ADMIT IT, THEY ARE MINE, ALL
MINE!
BigGuyOnY: How many velon accounts do you currently have,
and are there
any other accounts you have?
DevilDol: There are currently ten velons, and maybe I
have a few other
accounts.
BigGuyOnY: Care to share any of the other accounts names?
DevilDol: Feanor and Morgoth
BigGuyOnY: Do you have any others????
DevilDol: A few that can remain unnamed.
BigGuyOnY: Do you intend to run in the next election?
DevilDol: I intend to do more than just run, I intend to
win.
BigGuyOnY: And in this election, will you bribe people
for votes?
DevilDol: Let's just wait and see.
BigGuyOnY: You seem very rich. How many clams do you have
and how did
you get them?
DevilDol: I currently have 280,000 clams on DevilDol, and
I received
them from various means.
BigGuyOnY: Let's go back to the bribery; did you ever
intend to pay the
Whyvillians who voted for you?
DevilDol: Sure I would, if I won they would all get many,
many clams.
BigGuyOnY: Do you mean if you were to become senator or
just get in the
top three?
DevilDol: They would get full clams for senator, half for
top three.
BigGuyOnY: Do you really mean it, or are you saying this
just to sound
good in the
interview?
DevilDol: I honestly mean it.
BigGuyOnY: What do you think about all the talk about you
being the
scam king?
DevilDol: I may have certain connections with certain
people that
happen to do some things to gain clams, and I may take a share of the
profits. Maybe I even do some of the work myself. But what is
scamming? When is it scamming and when is it just earning a large
amount of clams some "tricky" way?
BigGuyOnY: You have a very unique face. Are you
portraying a Goth or
Prep?
DevilDol: Neither, just being unique!
BigGuyOnY: People have been talking about a song you sing
on Whyville.
