As you should all know, Akbar's Face Factory is almost always busy. You've probably
all seen all of those petitions that say something like, oh, let's say, "Make
Akbar's never busy!" or "Make the Face Factory never closed!"
I could go on, but you get my point.
You all must calm down and read! The Whyville computers (servers) are already
filled up with all of the face parts that we already drew. Do you all see my
point? Find out what's really going on, find out WHY things are the way they
are, before you go and complain.
Understand? Good! And as you have already guessed, City Hall is definitely
working on it, all the time, so calm yourselves!

things better. Hm, that sounds like it could work for more than just Whyville
