Because of you, I'm no longer afraid
to go out and face the world.
To go out and do things that are right
and have a chance at the spotlight.
I now have a chance to succeed
at all the things I want to be.
And when I walk across the stage,
a new chapter begins; I turn the page.
I'm starting college, on my own
