Happy New Year everyone! I hope you have a great 2005. Today I'm going to tell
you (and show you) the happenings of New Years Eve... in Whyville.
The festivities probably began at Trivia Hour, when City Worker neutral was,
believe it or not, giving out twice the usual number of clams. Despite
how much I'd have loved to have been there, I had to go to a party for some
of the members of Club Why. Before leaving, I was pleased to get Neutral to
wish everyone in England a Happy New Year at 4:00pm Why-Time... but I didn't
win any clams. ;-)
We had a wonderful party, traveling from Honolulu to the disco. The celebration
was cut short, though, when someone in the middle of the disco suddenly shouted
out, "GO LOOK AT THE SPORTPLATZ!!!"
When I went there, I was amazed to see what had been created:
Woah! I loved it, so I decided to go check out the other spaces in our New Year's
Sportplatz....
Hold up, there's another one!
I'm happy now (except the fact that there's no one with me). Let's go have a
look at the skating rink.
The object here was to use projectiles to get to that little pool -- it was
kind of like the Zero Gravity game at WASA. And when you got to the pool...
Here we see Digster02 (on the right) swimming... Er... Digster.... DIGSTER!!!
At the end of that fun, I decided to go back to the party (I was freezing!),
only to find that I was lonely once again.
Once again, have a great 2005, and don't forget a Y-resolution!
This is cobd, writing at 2:14 in the morning.
