As most of you already know animated face parts are a new "in" and
many people will pay lots of money for them. When I went to Akbar's and saw
the ad for "Animated Face Parts!" I checked them out and saw that
some cost up to 800 clams!
Even though many people would like to own these parts, many Whyvillians just
can't, because most of us don't have a large salary. Anyone would like to have
clapping hands or animated things like blush, lips and winking eyes, but if
nobody can afford them, then what's the point of having them?
Animated face parts should become a regular face part at Akbar's so that people
like you and me can afford them
If we can't afford them, why bother?

Editor's Note: So far, animated parts are an enormous hit
with Why-Pass holders, and Why-Pass sales are up like a rocket! So it looks
like many folks can in fact afford the parts.
It may take a few day's salary, or even a month, but the citizens who can
buy animated parts are telling City Hall it's worth it. If you need help raising
