The Real Meaning of Christmas

Have you ever felt that Thanksgiving is drowned out by Christmas?

Have you ever felt that at your Thanksgiving family get-togethers, all they talk about is what they're going to get each other for Christmas?

Well, I have and I don't like it at all... It stinks!

Thanksgiving is a celebration for what you're thankful for! It's not about what you're gonna get for Christmas and who's gonna bring what food to the Christmas feast. It's not something you have just to prepare for Christmas!

A lot of people only think about all the presents they're going to get on Christmas morning. They don't even think about what Christmas is really for. And a lot of people don't even know, much less care.

Well, I think everyone should know and think about it. It's because that was the night that Jesus was born in a manger. Well, just think about that one as you play with your Christmas toys.

This is Andyb, signing out.
