I came home one day after school to go online and visit my favorite website Whyville. It had been a long day, and I usually go to Whyville to relax and have fun.

But when I went there, instead of seeing the familiar octupus waiting for me to sign in, I found a note waiting for me. It said I could not get in because of the behavior of others.

I hardly ever chat myself, so I was kinda mad that a few people ruined Whyville for the rest of us. I went through two weeks without Whyville... two very long weeks and I was sooo sad. I was scared that Whyville may never come back!

My friend, who just wanted to make me mad, told me Whyville was permanently shutting down. (We make fun of each other all the time. That's how we tell each other "You're the best friend ever!")

Anyways, so I was really sad because I thought it was never coming back. I just kept going back to Whyville over and over again just to see if she was lying... and then one day it said Whyville was coming back soon! So every day after that I went back to Whyville to see if it had come back... and then one day it did!

I was so happy! All my waiting finally paid off. So I guess, in the end, all good things do come to those who wait.
