My favorite site is Whyville. It is also many other people's. Why, though? Because it's achieved the impossible goal: making learning fun. We have over a million citizens! Whyville has more people than the state of Wyoming! Amazing, right? That shows kids love the site. But, why? These are a few people's views on why:
Tokyo1: I like Whyville because it is educational, my parents like it too, I tell people in my school about Whyville. Whyville is FUN, I like the skater game and the spectroscopy game. Whyville may look girly on the outside (homepage)to some people but not to me.
Iwhaiwnfi: Whyville is a great site, because it's both a place to meet new people and an educational place to learn. With about 14 million residents (Author's note: Not THAT many . . .just like a million and three hundred thousand), you're bound to find some new friends online.
LaMoon: I like Whyville because you can meet cool people from all around the globe :)
Mitsuy: I guess I like Whyville because I get to practice my computer graphics and I like the challenge of not getting a chance to make a mistake in the FF (face factory) since there is no undo button. Other than that, I like meeting new people and making friends and just overall, get to see what it's like around the world.
Rex13:I like Whyville becuase I am learning from games and I get to talk to friends like Ps2man1. I am also making new friends every time I go in to a chat room or in the BBS, and by y-mail. Making my look is very fun too! Sometimes I am odd looking, then I can change it back to normal. I can not do that in real life :).
Those are some reasons why people like Whyville! I like it for all of those reasons! Thanks, Whyville! I took a picture for this article too:
Yes, it does rock. I'm going to go to Club Why.
This is ps2man1, heading towards Club Why.
