When I think of the words incredible, amazing, great, fun to be around and spotlight citizen, they form a picture in my mind. This picture is of a great friend, and a truly great citizen, ps2man1.

Shane is the best guy to be around when your angry or unhappy. He'll cheer you up in a guaranteed 10 seconds. He is always helping out people, and looking back, I don't think I've ever seen him in a bad mood.

He is always fun to be around, and when we start to get bored, Shane is the one to liven things up. I can't even think of the words that would perfectly describe this terrific guy, but if I could, it would probably be along the lines of Spotlight Citizen.
