Dear Santa, this year Cobd has been a very bad girl. For her Whyvillian in the Spotlight nomination not only did she nominate a previous Why-Helper, the first Senator in Whyville, a Times Writer and a member of the Whyville Safety Patrol. She nominated the Whyville hero from years back. For my Whyvillian in the Spotlight nomination Santa, I nominate Giggler01.

But, why have I nominated her do you ask? Is it because she is popular? Nope. Is it because she hangs around in Club Why a lot? No, hardly see her there actually. Then, why? It is because she is one of the most remarkable people I have ever met.

She is the legend of Whyville. She joined us on Sunday June 24th, 2001 and she had her first article "Merry What???" on December 13th of the same year. The last article that we saw from her was on July 4th, 2004 and it was entitled "Graphic Novels." In that time she has written 142 articles for the Whyville Times, making her the most published Whyvillian Times Writer.

But her articles aren't any old thing. Her articles are carefully thought out, original and truly fantastic. Check out "WANTED: One Typical Human Being" (Id=926), or how about "Confederate Flags in Whyville? You Decide!" (Id=3720). She even sent in two articles that made her a Summer Staff Writer (Article=2963). A prestigous title that was only given to three people in Whyville. On September 12th, 2002 she had an article with over ten of her articles in it. Look in the Archives to find out.

Not only is she a Times Writer; she was also the first Senator in Whyville! She wrote an article about that too, check out "My Life as a Politician, What I did as Senator" (Id=4048) to find out.

And if that's not enough, she is a Y-Helper and a member of the Whyville Safety Patrol.

But, you know what, I don't care that she's popular or that she was the first Senator; because she is one of the most pleasant people I've ever met. The few times I see Giggler01 she is really friendly and I would be very surprised if she wasn't like that to eveyrone else. I've never met anyone like that, someone who has been in Whyville from almost the start, someone who has probably done everything they can in Whyville and is still a great person. She also doesn't get into fads either.

If I had to choose one person who I truly admire it would be Giggler01.
