Let's face it, we gamers aren't known for being the most skinny people on Earth, (stereotype!) but, hey, now you can get your butt off the couch, with these radical games:

Dance Dance Revolution Extreme Volume 2: With a dance pad, you can pretend to be an awesome breakdancer, or stomping a bunch of ants while flailing over a dance pad. While it may not make you feel like your a graceful ballerina, it gets the job done when it comes to losing weight with a "Carb Counter" even though it takes about five songs to burn off a snickers bar. (Which is just fine by me, I could care less about diets)

Eyetoy Kinetic: It's like being in a gym, without those annoying membership fees, with your own personal trainers. The problem with this though is you'll probably need to clear out your living room to have enough space, but if you're serious about staying fit, you won't mind. However, if you put a gun to my head I would go for gym.

Guitar Hero: You can rock out with an awesome guitar controller! While it may not be focused completely on burning carbs, jumping around the room during a solo, certainly helps, though if you've never picked up a guitar before I would not recommend this. If you have, grab your ax, and get a mohawk!

Karaoke Revolution Party: You can sing and dance! In other words, you can use your dance pad to bust out your mad skills on the show floor, while straining your larynx to keep a beat, Gloria Estefan style! Great for people who are very coordinated, and don't mind looking like total goofballs.

Well, this is the best and brightest of Eyetoy and physical gaming right now, so get ready to flail in front of the tube and party!
