PANDEMIC

I was at me best friend, Jemma's party. Ashley, and Emily were there too. We were dancing until we dropped and partying until we were purple.

Jemma had climbed on top of the disco ball, when the lights went out. We all heard a scream. All of us, that is, except Emily. That was beccause it was Emily who screamed.

"We must've popped a breaker. I'll go fix it," Jemma informed us. In a few minutes the lights went on. But, Emily wasn't there! Ashley broke down sobbing. Emily was her younger sister. Jemma went over to comfort her, while I noticed a paper pinned to the door.

Without Jamma or Ash noticing, I strode over to the door. I read the note, once, twice, three times before calling attention to myself. Then in a strained voice, I read the note out loud.

"Your Emily's gone. You didn't know who she was. But you shall. Follow the map on the back to find the little one, before it's too late. You have 10 minutes, starting now."
The whyville knpr and mdrr

Jemma stared at me. Ashley looked fit to faint. "Well girls, you know what we have to do right?" I asked. "Yeah, we have to find her!" Ashley exclaimed. "I was thinking we run and hide like sissys!" said Jemma.

Only I was puzzled by the mysterious signature. Knpr and mdrr??? They certainly weren't words. "Ok troops, we're heading out," I said. "Well look at the map" said Jemma.

I slowly turned the paper over, scared of what I might find. It wasn't a map, it was a clue. It read: "You've partied till you're prple. The day is almost doe. you have got 10 minutes untill the ay is don. RRRRRRR."

This person dosen't know grammer very well . . . unless it was a message!

To be continued . . .
