Missing Misty

by Leogirl
Whyville Poet

Hello Whyvillians, my name is Leogirl! This may be my first time writing, but you might enjoy it! Here are two poems about me and my dog who died, Misty.

Misty And I

There once was a girl,
Who had nothing but a dog in pearls,
She loved him so dearly she never got worried and began to look like herself.

She never was bad,
Had everthing she had,
And never would complain until...
her dog Misty died,
she cried and cried and cried,
she was about to do sucide.

So now you've heard my poor little poem,
Don't you wish that dog was home?

Misty The Lonesome Dog

Sunny day,
Far far away,
No one to play with,
I wither again today,
No one to snuggle with,
Waiting for that Cocker Spainel,
Named Misty I love so,
Today is hot and Misty is gone,
I look for her and she looks for me,
I miss her very much...
What a lonesome dog.
