Spring has sprung- the newest change!
Ok, call me the Grinch. But winter was really getting me depressed. The
snow on the roadside had turned into a sickly shade of brown and every-thing
seemed to turn black-and-white like an old bad movie. When I went into
Whyville, there was the movie again. Ok, maybe I'm a little exaggerating,
but the kid inside me who loved to slide got bored and now got excited of a
green blade of grass.
Now, I went on and POW! It was like a new invention -- coloured life! I
logged into Whyville, and pretty flowers had bloomed, and no more snow!!! I
went to the Sportsplatz -- IT WAS GREEN!!! Flowers sprouted on the hillside
beside the bus. The bus-driver was no longer in a terrible case of bad
winter fashion sense. I heard birds through my mind, and I yelled with
delight.
So, folks. It is what you've been waiting for: spring. And it's here!
(Look, no more shoveling!) I don't know where you might live, maybe in
Mexico, I don't know, but here in Quebec, here in Canada and Vermont, and
some other states, there has been a change. The Easter bunny's magic,
probably. But it's spring!
Ruffy.

Spring
Spring is here
It's all around
In Whyville,
It is easy to be found
People are smiling
Smiles galore
And in the Summer,
We hope for many more!
