As we all should know, a City Worker (CW) is a person that keeps Whyville running and up-to-date. They handle everything from rules to games, petitions to graphics. The CW's live around Los Angeles and are hired by the Numedeon Company.

How do you tell if they are a CW or not? Look for the official CW beanie. Many people think I am a CW. I am not, but they think so because of my hat. True, all CW's do wear hats, but many people cannot tell the difference between a Club Y hat and a CW beanie. Here are some pictures to clear this up:

There is a definite difference, but as I said, many people do not know it. Many people have been scammed and/or hacked because they thought the Club Y hat was a CW beanie.

Also, keep in mind that City Workers will never ask for personal information, including full names, passwords, addresses, and emails, or even clams and/or parts.
