This is my first time writing for the Whyville Times, so first I must introduce myself. As some of you already know, and others may not, I'm Serena (serena388). I just joined Whyville about a month ago, and every time I sign in, it gets better and better! And I must say, almost every citizen is so very kind.
But enough about me, this entire article is an interview about a great Whyvillian that I met just recently, Sami2me. Her name is Sara, she's 13 years-old, and lives in North Carolina. Today's interview discusses her love for fashion designing. Let's see what Sara has to say about this beloved hobby, and gift of hers.
serena388: So sami2me, I hear that you are very fond of taking simple clothing
materials, and designing them to create something new. So your style is completely your own?
sami2me: Pretty much. I buy the pieces, but many people wouldn't do what I do
with my clothes, so I guess, yeah, my style is my own.
serena388: Awesome. Do you ever want to become a successful fashion designer
in your future? From what I hear, I think you'd be great in that area. But do you ever consider it?
sami2me: Actually yes, I already have started doing sketches and stuff. Most
people love my designs.
serena388: Do you ever design anything else, besides clothing?
sami2me: All of my outfits have shoes and accessories, but another ambition
of mine is to be an interior designer.
serena388: Other than designing, what are some of your favorite hobbies?
sami2me: I do other types of drawings and paintings. I cook, I play
volleyball and softball, and I go on Whyville.
serena388: Seems like you're very creative and artistic.
sami2me: Yes. My mom won't let me paint my walls, so I actually stick my
drawings and paintings on the wall to make it cool looking and original.
serena388: Well thank you very much for your time and dedication that you put into this interview. I wish you good luck with designing in your future.
sami2me: Thank you for the opportunity. I hope to see my name in lights one
day. I'd also like to shout out to B0BSM1TH (zero and one) for showing me Whyville. Buh bye peace out!
Hope to see my interview in the next issue of Whyville Times.
Sincerely,
Serena AKA Reenster
