One night, after coming home from a weekend of camping, I was looking at old fashion Times articles. I noticed one called "If We Had Copyrights . . ." that was written way back in 2002. I read the article, and it was about it Akbar's Face Factory had copyrights, so you could not remake a face part.

Of course, many of you designers are probably thinking, "That's a great idea! Let's write a petition," or something along those lines. But before you do, think about something. You might be the type of designer that takes screenshots of rare and wanted face parts to remake them later on, making you a lot of clams.

If there were copyrights, you'd be out of business, unless you came up with your own face parts and you designed them yourself, meaning there would not be Microsoft Paint open in the background, guiding you along. It would be you, the Face Factory, and what the Face Factory has to offer.

Of course, with any idea, not only are there negative things about it, but there are positive. Let's say that you have over 500 original face parts for sale at Akbars. You spent a lot of time and a lot of clams on them, and thankfully, they are very popular, you cannot keep them on the shelves, so you are making a lot of money. In your case, copyrights would be good. You could copyright your material, stating that it's yours, and no one else could do a remake, even if it means changing the colors.

Think about it. For all you designers out there, what do you think about copyrights face parts? What do you think, citizens? Is it a good idea, or not. Post your thoughts in the BBS.

This is bluebag, going to the Sunroof.
