From when I met you
till when you passed today
you were a great friend
and a lovely person.
We'll always remember
From when you were diagnosed
in June last year
forever more
we'll all remember.
The great poet
and great writer
and great friend
great at cheering up
great to talk to,
great at everything
person that you were
that we'll all remember.
From where you were,
to where you are now
may you rest in peace,
and if you're reading this somehow,
don't forget,
that we will always remember you
forever and ever. <3

Author's Note: This poem was dedicated to a great friend who passed because of ovarian cancer today, August 15th, 2006, in her sleep, one that some of you know as Danni, and those who read the Times a while back know as a poet, Armada. She is in all of our prayers, and we'll all always remember her.
