Hi!! This is Horse11 here with a totally true story.
It was a cold day in September when I was tacking up my pony, and my
friend walked over and said, after we ride, it's time to say good bye.
I knew what she meant. My favorite pony had to be put to sleep. She couldn't
walk anymore. She was very old. After I rode, I went out into the field
with two of my friends. It started to rain. All the other horses were near
her.
We sat out there for about an hour or so, soaking wet, cold, and
sobbing, but we told her how much we loved her. And how much we were going
to miss her. Then it started to lighting and thunder, but we stayed. Then
it was time for the 4-H meeting. It started to downpour. We said our
final good-byes, and left.
A year later, I was lying on the ground with the same friends, and we
looked up and saw a horse head, made of a cloud. We said that she was
looking at us, to see how we were doing.
I'll never forget that sad, cold day in September.
