Yes, this is an interview about the way Whyville earns money. For instance, Clams for Cash and Why-Passes. I interviewed people based on what they thought about these things not being bought with real money, but with clams instead. I hope everyone agrees with what they had to say, because I know I do.

First, I interviewed Peachadee. She has been on 240 days since Friday, June 30, 2006, and earns 62 clams a day.

Nolegirl6: Do you think Clams for Cash is a good idea? Why or why not?
Peachadee: Yes, it helps support Whyville and makes it faster to get the things you want.
Nolegirl6: Do you think you should be able to buy Why-Passes with clams? Why or why not?
Peachadee: No, because then way too many people would have them and it would make the "economy" go down.
Nolegirl6: Do you think Whyville should bring back lifetime Why-Passes? Why or why not?
Peachadee: Only to the Whylitzer winners. They deserve it. But for regular citizens, no. Because then Whyville would lose money from Why-Passes, no one would buy them anymore.
Nolegirl6: Do you think people should be able to buy the quill instead of winning it in Whylitzer?
Peachadee: I think we should be able to buy them one color at a time for a limited time. Whylitzer winners should get a lifetime Why-Pass too. That way it would be fair.
Nolegirl6: Do you think the face factory should be open to everyone?
Peachadee: No.

Next I interviewed Amanda she has been on 1,398 days since Saturday, October 16, 1999.

Nolegirl6: Do you think Clams for Cash is a good idea?
Amanda: I think that Clams for Cash is a good idea because now everyone is not bugging their friends and people they don't know for clams.
Nolegirl6: Do you think Whyville should bring back lifetime Why-Passes?
Amanda: I don't think they should bring back lifetime Why-Passes because if you had them and your account got stolen, your money is wasted, but if you bought monthly ones you can stop buying them if you are hacked, and this way your money won't be wasted for a hacker that stole your account.
Nolegirl6: Do you think people should be able to buy the quill with real money?
Amanda: I think it would be an idea, or maybe quill powers could be a Why-Pass perk.
Nolegirl6: Should people be able to buy Why-Passes with clams?
Amanda: Yes, because then some of the money goes to help Whyville.
Nolegirl6: Should the face factory be open to everyone?
Amanda: It should be but it can't because there are too many people on Whyville, but before like in 1999-2003 you didn't need one because there were not a lot of people on Whyville.
