Hello Everybody!

Welcome to a special edition of the Whyville Times - The Bridge to Terabithia Issue!

One of the taglines for the Disney movie, Bridge to Terabithia, is "Discover a place that will never leave you, and a friendship that will change you forever." To me, that sums up the theme of Bridge to Terabithia. Sometimes we get so caught up in our day-to-day routines, that we can forget how special and meaningful certain friendships and certain places can be to us. Bridge to Terabithia is one of those movies that reminds us to look for the magic and meaning in our lives.

We asked Whyvillians to take a look at their own experiences and write about friendships and places that have changed their lives. In this Whyville Times special edition, we feature these articles and ask you to vote on your favorites. The voting scale is from 1-5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. The two Whyvillians whose stories have the most positive votes will win a special prize, so be sure to vote for your favorites!
