Ps2man1 here with another article about Whyville's quality. Slipping? Improving? Staying the same? Those are some of the questions me and my interviewees will try to answer.

Whyville has been very glitchy lately, whether it being Akbar's not loading new parts, the scion-seatbelt-chat stop glitch in the well at the Sportplatz, or even something like today at trivia, where chat would stop every 2 minutes and only let you back in after a couple of minutes.

The trivia thing was fixed, but made me think to interview a couple of people about their view on the quality of our town with a now seven-figure population.

My first interview was with Britrules.

Ps2man1: What do you think of Whyville's quality?
Britrules: I think it's pretty good.
Ps2man1: Better or worse than the old days?
Britrules: Different
Ps2man1: How so?
Britrules: Well there are way more people obviously, so they've added a lot of things. When I joined they had about a third of the things on the Bus Menu.
Ps2man1: I see you're a designer. Do the glitches at Akbar's affect you?
Britrules: It's annoying, but definitely not the first time Akbar's has had issues, but I just restocked my parts and they were in the next day. Some people would remember this is like Grenouille's vacations.
Ps2man1: Haha! I remember him. Any other glitches affect you?
Britrules: A few so far. I work in the newbie center and hear about a lot, but it's just little stuff.
Ps2man1: Do you think Whyville goes for quality or quantity in sponsors?
Britrules: I think that they have to do what they have to do. Some sponsors I like, some I don't. The Scions are awesome. I don't know about Kabillion though.
Ps2man1: Cool. Any other thoughts you'd like to share?
Britrules: Nope

Next I interviewed Sargbuzz.

Ps2man1: How do you feel about the quality of Whyville?
Sargbuzz: It's good.
Ps2man1: Better, worse, or the same as the "old days"?
Sargbuzz: Worse.
Ps2man1: Do any of the new glitches affect you?
Sargbuzz: Not that I know of...
Ps2man1: Do you think Whyville goes for quantity or quality in their sponsors?
Sargbuzz: Quantity.
Ps2man1: Do you like the new sponsors?
Sargbuzz: Some. I like scions, but I don't like the whole eating thing.
Ps2man1: Any other things you want to say?
Sargbuzz: Yeah. Whyville ain't what it used to be.

Afterwards, I did a joint interview with Kriscat11 and MsRokr.

Ps2man1: How do you two feel about the quality of Whyville?
MsRokr: I think that most of the time it's okay, but that the kabillion things caused more glitches than normal.
Kriscat11: Based on what Coolethan explained I believe they are putting the best of their efforts into keeping the quality of Whyville in good shape. There is never going to be a glitch-free or freeze-free Whyville, but they can try.
Ps2man1: Do you think Whyville is better, worse, or about the same as it was in the "old days"?
MsRokr: Well, in some ways it's better, as in having things like Scions and more rooms, but there are so many more glitches than there were.
Kriscat11: Both have their positives and negatives. In the old days, Whyville was simpler to follow, while the newer Whyville is more trend related and more defined.
Ps2man1: Great answers. Do any of the new glitches affect you? If yes, which ones and how so?
MsRokr: The face factory glitches that don't restock my parts affect me, because people restock their parts, but they don't show up. Chat stopping is also an annoyance, but I'm mainly having fun on Whyville.
Kriscat11: You have to admit, they can get on your nerves, but it's nothing I would get mad at. It's normal for websites.
Ps2man1: Do you think Whyville goes for quality or quantity in its sponsors?
MsRokr: Mainly I think they go for quality. And it shows it because most sponsors wouldn't work to put free face parts in little packages like Kabillion has. It's really amazing how Whyville has grown.
Kriscat11: I would have to say quantity; I know that they need those advertisements because they are used to keep Whyville up more than they are for our enjoyment, and Whyville would be much less enjoyable if it wasn't still up! :P
Ps2man1: Do you like the new sponsors?
Kriscat11: Kabillion is annoying to me. Girlnext I can live with because it pretty much worked with a petition I made a long time ago about how we should get music onto Whyville.
MsRokr: I love the new sponsors! Whyville is so much more advanced now. I mean seriously, who ever thought there would be music on Whyville? And it's real music, not like the stuff they play in disco.
Ps2man1: Anything else you'd like to say?
Kriscat11: I love Whyville! I don't know why but I'll always be here!
MsRokr: I'd like to give a shout out to my friends! I love Whyville I'll be on it until I'm old and wrinkled!

And a few questions with our own CW, coolethan.

Ps2man1: Do you think Whyville goes for quality or quantity in sponsors?
Coolethan: Definitely quality. Whyville always puts education first.
Ps2man1: What do you think about site quality?
Coolethan: There'll always be glitches, that's expected, but our site is hopefully worth the patience to wait them out. The site is very intricate and diverse, so we could never stop glitches from occurring.
Ps2man1: Just a random question ??? what do you think of the citizens?
Coolethan: They are great people. They are unique, intelligent, and humorous.
Ps2man1: Any other statements?
Coolethan: I love working for Whyville.

So, there you have it. Judge for yourself. These interviews were all opinions and you have your own. Post yours in the BBS. Ps2man1 out *click*
