Hello Whyvillians,
Do you believe in certain values or morals which you base your actions on? Everyone does. Some may have different values that they believe in. However, I like to live my life partially based on quotes. If you've ever seen my City Records, you know that it is mainly filled with quotes and "food for thought." There are certain quotes that I think everyone should hear or read, and really think about. Whether you believe in them or not, they're still interesting. So read the quotes below, and come up with your own interpretation of what they mean. Okay, here we go...
1. Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.
Albert Einstein
2. We must learn to live together as brothers, or perish together as fools.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
3. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Eleanor Roosevelt
4. Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.
Henry Ford
5. Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.
Robert Louis Stevenson
So, you've read the quotes. Now, spend some time pondering what they mean. Is this how you should live your life? Is this how you want to live yours? The choice is yours.
