Hey! Ever heard "Fergalicious" or "Big Girls Don't Cry" on the radio, or even on your iPod? Those are probably Stacy Ferguson's, most commonly known as Fergie's, top songs this year, according to some people.
I personally love Fergie and her music, but one day I was hanging out at the Pool Party when I overheard some Whyvillians chatting about Fergie and how they loved her music, but they also said she used to lip-sync. This got me thinking about people's opinions about famous singers such as Fergie, so I asked random Whyvillian's about their opinions on Fergie and her music. Hello everybody, this is boboeoboe signing in!
At my first stop, the Playground, I found Jaykayen.
Boboeoboe: What's your opinion on Fergie?
Jaykayen: She killed her singing with "Big Girls Don't Cry" but that just . . . ew.
Boboeoboe: Why do you think that?
Jaykayen: Because they over play it and because her voice goes all weird.
Boboeoboe: What about her other songs?
Jaykayen: They are fine. "Fergalicious" is the best though. o_o
Boboeoboe: Any other comments?
Jaykayen: Yes, but are you going to post this?
Boboeoboe: I hope this is going to be in the Whyville Times.
Jaykayen: Oh, I better keep my mouth shut then.
Boboeoboe: LoL, ok. Thanks for your time

Then I went to Jupiter where I ran into honolulu2.
Boboeoboe: What is your opinion on Fergie?
Honolulu2: I love her.
Boboeoboe: What is your favorite song of hers?
Honolulu2: "Big Girls Don't Cry"
Boboeoboe: Why is that your favorite song of Fergie's?
Honolulu2: Cause she doesn't have any other good songs.
Boboeoboe: Any other comments about Fergie?
Honolulu2: Not really.
Boboeoboe: Thank you
My next stop was the Sun Roof where I spotted Lucky255.
Boboeoboe: What is your opinion on Fergie?
Lucky255: I respect her as a good singer and I really enjoy some of the songs she sings.
Boboeoboe: What is your favorite song of hers?
Lucky255: Hmm . . . I'm not really sure, probably "Fergalicious" :D.
Boboeoboe: Why is that?
Lucky255: I like the beat to it, and just the song. I think the lyrics are okay but I'm more interested in the type of music.
Boboeoboe: What about her other songs?
Lucky255: I like her other songs too but I don't listen to them all the time. I like other artists too :D.
Boboeoboe: Any other comments about Fergie?
Lucky255: I think she is pretty and a great singer :D.
My last stop was the Beach Waterfall, where I decided I needed a boy's opinion, so I stopped to talk to 1XCoLbYX1.
Boboeoboe: What is your opinion of Fergie?
1xcolbyx1: Fergie is a little inappropriate for younger kids but for older teens its ok.
Boboeoboe: Why do you think that?
1xcolbyx1: She has inappropriate clothing and kids don't need to see that.
Boboeoboe: What do you think of her songs?
1xcolbyx1: They contain some bad language but have good music.
Boboeoboe: What's your favorite song of hers?
1xcolbyx1: Probably "London Bridge".
Boboeoboe: Why's that your favorite?
1xcolbyx1: It has a good theme to it and it sounds good.
Boboeoboe: Any other comments about Fergie?
1xcolbyx1: She just needs to be careful about things she wears and stuff she says.
Boboeoboe: Ok, thank you for your time.

Well, there you have it! A couple Whyvillians' personal opinions about Fergie and her music. I don't know about you, but I was a little surprised by some of the negative comments, a girl I ran into (of whom I did not write about in this article) didn't even know who Fergie was!
