Wow. Whyville has come so far since the first day I signed up... July 6th,
2000. I remember that day so well. I remember how uncrowded it seemed
compared to how it is nowadays. I remember how there was no such thing as a
ClamGram. But most of all, I remember the friends I had that don't come on
anymore.
The most memorable people from last year for me are Spazzi, littlejoj,
Genie2, Britmaria, Charity, Madeleine, dodge2000, Karra, and of course,
there was 11.
Spazzi, whom I am still good friends with, by the way, was one of my first
friends on Whyville. She was always willing to help, always there to
listen, and just a great friend. Thanks, Lora.
Littlejoj, well what is there to say about you, Mr. Bunnydevil... you were
always the original one, making everyone laugh. Sigh... those were the good
days. Thanks for the laughs, Jesse.
Genie2. Brookie, I miss you a lot. You hardly come on anymore, but, well I
guess that happens when people move and/or grow up.... We had all those great
times together, I hope to see you again sometime. Thanks for being there
when I needed you.
Britmaria, we were never really friends, but I would have to say, anyone
that was around last year has to remember you, I dunno how they could forget
you.
Charity, you really had the ultimate role in parts-making. I guess when you
stopped coming on, your stuff sort of fizzled out of fashion. If you would
have stayed on, it would have lasted. Oh well, things happen.
Madeleine, you are definitely the one of the finest of Whyville. You are
absolutely amazing at making face parts. I'm glad you finally came back.
Maybe you can start making stuff again?
Dodge2000, well, all I remember about you really is how that one time all
those girls were after you. Hah, and you had to decide between all of them.
Hah! You were probably the most popular guy on Whyville then.
Karra, I've seen you around a few times this year, but definitely not as
much as I used to. Oh well, we had a few good times.
And, finally, 11. What is there to say... hmm... you were... interesting to
know. You could be mean, but there were a few times where you seemed like a
civil person. They should have kept the wall trick. They really should
have.
Ok, well, to any other oldbies out there that I know, hello. And to the
newbies, Welcome.
I guess I, myself, am an oldbie, but, as other oldbies have done, I am
retiring from Whyville and giving my accounts away. I have grown up and am
leaving. I will miss you all, my friends.
So long,
