Hi. My name is Lazzie.
I really like Whyville, but I have heard lately that people are mean and nasty. I would like to prove to you that they are NOT.
Late one Saturday night, er, should I say early one Sunday morning, I went on Whyville and saw this conversion (not exactly, but pretty close):
Peep1: "I need clams."
Peep2: "How many?"
Peep1: "Just five."
Peep2: "I'll send them to you."
Now imagine that. Just helping a person. Isn't that great? There are lots of people in Whyville who help. To name a few:
Googles: She creates cool clothes, and she has a heart of gold. Thanks Jo!
Tech-Girl: She doesn't help with clams, but with something much more: friendship.
MissPoet: She's a good friend who's always there and always helps.
Applegate: Send her poetry -- she'll give you an honest judgement.
Renni: She does a lot for Newbies.
Now, as you see, not everything in Whyville is bad, not everyone is unkind. Let's try to follow the footsteps left by those who have set the path --the tender, kindhearted who help, who have kind hearts.
