There are a lot of things to do on Whyville. But, here are 10 things that stick out that I think every Whyvillan should try. And here they are . . .
1. Write an Article for the Why Times - The newspaper. A place people go to write about events, people, entertainment, whatever. It can be a place where you express yourself and show how you feel! Whatever it is, let people know about it.
2. Give away 100 clams - 100 hard-earned clams? Why on EARTH would anyone want to do that?! Well, there are some people in Whyville who have a hard time getting 20 clams let alone 100. I remember it took me a month on Whyville to start earning clams. I relied on Grandma! Just think of it as donating to charity. It will make you feel good, and put a smile on someone's face!
3. Buy a Scion - Wouldn't it feel nice to cruise around Whyville in your own personal CAR?! Well fortunately, Whyville allows you to do that. So start saving your clams and for now, maybe you should skip number two.
4. Design a Face Part and Have it Accepted - Wouldn't it be awesome to see someone on Whyville wearing the earrings you designed?! I think so. Designing a face part is easy, but making it look good your first try . . . eh . . . not so much. But don't worry you'll get better, and it is a great way to earn some extra clams (for that SCION! :D).
5. Raise your salary to 100 - I know it's hard. But you can do it. Whyville didn't make their games impossible to win you know, and you can always ask Newbie helpers for tips!
6. Become a Y-mail Helper - Speaking of Newbie helpers, why not BE one? It's a great way to help new citizens understand Whyville. But make sure you do number five first! WARNING: Being a Newbie helper keeps you really busy and keeps you friend finder ringing ALL DAY LONG, so make sure you're dedicated.
7. Hold a BC (Beauty Contest) - Soma Runway, or Mars! Wherever it is, it's another way to show your opinion. Make a prize (a tiara?), and make it BIG. It's a good way to meet new people, and you'll make some person very happy when they win!
8. Have a Beach Ball Party! - What's that you say? Buy about 30 Beach balls and throw them all around the beach. Everyone will have a blast and the screen will certainly be colorful. Trust me, I've had plenty of them, and they're very fun.
9. Start a petition - Want a new room in Whyville? Maybe new music for the disco? Tell Whyville about it! Go to City Hall to start your own petition that other Whyvillans will sign. Who knows? Maybe it will become a new thing on Whyville!
10. Discuss this article in BBS - Or any other article for that matter ;). Express your opinions about things and comment other peoples comments! Soon you'll be known for your remarks on other peoples work! (But yes, discuss this in BBS ;))
