Do you know what a Leviathan dinosaur is? No? I am here to tell you! A couple of days ago in Science class they were teaching us about the dinosaurs back in the ancient times. I thought it was so interesting. That I decided to write an article for the Whyville Times about one of them!
The Leviathan dinosaur was supposedly a "sea monster" that blew flames out of it's mouth, and had poisonous breath. Many people who saw this dinosaur got afraid and would never come back to the lake. I wanted to know more about this creature so I went researching and this is what I found.
The Leviathan dinosaur was supposedly coined in 1841. The first person who discovered this magnificent creature was Mary Ann Mantel. These dinosaur(s) were in the Holy Bible! I thought "Why would they be so important, that they would be in the Bible?" Then I did some more researching and found out, that these dinosaur(s) are in the Bible because when Noah built his Ark before the flood he gathered two of every animal on earth, a male and female, and it says, "Noah and his wife had two baby dinosaurs on the Ark!"
The Leviathan dinosaur was spotted in 1400 B.C. and last seen in 1901 A.D. I think that the next thing, I type will be very interesting to you. My mom said, that when she was a little girl there was a picture of the Leviathan dinosaur on the front page of the paper. He was seen in Loch Ness, Scotland. People have been searching for him, for years! He supposedly lives in a dark deep lake. People have gone down in submarines thousands of feet below the surface but haven't found a thing as my mom says.
What I'm thinking is, "Well maybe they are looking in the wrong place, I mean why else wouldn't they find him!" Is he extinct? Are Dinosaurs extinct? No one knows! All that I know for sure is I would be scared to death to see that creature swim next to me in Scotland! I think this creature exists but, why haven't they found him? As I finish this article I want to post a picture of this creature (This picture may be fake but maybe not!). I hope you enjoy.
